Desire Youth Initiative
PROGRAM / INITIATIVE
Partnerships, Collaboration and Networking
About the Program
Desire Youth Initiative builds strategic partnerships and networks with government institutions, civil society organizations, community structures, development partners, professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen the reach, quality, and sustainability of its work. The program recognizes collaboration as an important pathway to achieving greater and more sustainable community impact.
Our Approach
DYI identifies and engages organizations and institutions whose knowledge, resources, expertise, or networks can complement its community-based work. Through stakeholder engagement, joint initiatives, referrals, knowledge exchange, networking forums, and collaborative projects, the program creates opportunities to combine strengths and expand outreach. These partnerships help DYI reach more communities, mobilize resources, strengthen technical capacity, and develop coordinated responses to issues affecting the people it serves.
